The Jubilee Neighborhood is unique compared to others in South Dallas. It displays higher levels of stability.
It has a caring organization that invests time, money, and volunteer effort in trying to improve the neighborhood.
The Jubilee Park and Community Center Corporation (JPCCC) has taken the role in the efforts to revitalize the community.
It was established in 1997 at the 50th anniversary of the Saint Michael and All Angels Episcopal Church.
JPCCC's mission is to be a "catalyst for community renewal and enrichment,"
It is driven by an army of volunteers, drawn mainly from the congregation that has undertaken tasks to enhance
the level of service provision, and improve the quality of the urban environment in Jubilee neighborhood.
This group also advocates for and on behalf of the community very effectively with the City and other organizations.
Jubilee Park and Community Center is a Jubilee Ministry of the Episcopal Church.
